Help & Support
Need help with Eole? Email j.delloume@gmail.com. We usually reply within a few days.
To help us understand the issue, open Eole → Settings → About & help → Copy diagnostics, then paste the text into your email with a screenshot if you can. Diagnostics contain your app version, iOS version, and iPhone model, never your sessions.
Practice safely
Fast breathing followed by breath-holds can cause dizziness, tingling, or fainting. Always practice sitting or lying down, never in water, while driving, or anywhere fainting would be dangerous. If you are pregnant or have epilepsy, a heart condition, high blood pressure, or a breathing condition, ask your doctor first. Eole is not a medical device and does not give medical advice.
Frequently asked questions
How does a session work?
Each round has three moments: a set of deep breaths (35 by default, adjustable from 10 to 60), a relaxed hold on empty lungs for as long as feels comfortable, then one deep breath in held for 15 seconds. Double-tap the screen or use End retention when you need to breathe.
I can't hear the guide.
Check that your iPhone volume is up and that the Breathing and Music volumes are above 0% in Eole’s Settings. Eole plays even when the silent switch is on.
Can I lock my iPhone during a session?
Yes. The audio guide keeps going in the background, and hold times are measured accurately.
Can I move my history to a new iPhone?
Your history is included in iPhone backups. Restoring a backup to a new iPhone brings it back. You can also export it as a CSV file from the Progress tab.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → History management → Erase all. See the privacy policy for details.
